Must Have Skills:
- At least four years working in ServiceNow administration or platform support functions
- Solid grasp of ITSM practices along with CMDB concepts
- Capable of independently diagnosing platform problems and closing out tickets
- Hands-on background adjusting configurations, backing up workflows, and keeping the platform running smoothly
- Familiarity with monitoring solutions such as ScienceLogic and/or LogicMonitor is preferred, though comparable tools are welcome, paired with general networking know-how for troubleshooting these systems
- A forward-thinking approach that seeks to enhance the environment rather than simply keep it stable, plus strong English communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the routine functioning of the ServiceNow platform and resolve incoming platform tickets
- Keep ITSM workflows, CMDB entries, and general platform health in good shape
- Spot chances to enhance processes, automation, and overall platform performance
- Carry out regular administrative duties, configuration adjustments, and standard change requests while working from documented runbooks and escalating tougher problems as needed
- Maintain the links between ServiceNow and monitoring tools like ScienceLogic SL1 and LogicMonitor, keeping watch on alerts and recurring operational tasks
- Provide support around onboarding, documentation, and direction for internal Service Desk and engineering staff
